Property Details
Our spacious home is located on the second floor of the Snodallion building. Our unit is a split level. You will enter on the first floor where you will find the Master bedroom, Bunk room and laundry. The spacious Master has a King bed and an extra cozy sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa- perfect for a family with young children OR an extra space for reading, working or watching TV. The Master has a nice size brand new bathroom-ensuite- with a walk in shower. Just down the hall you will find the second bedroom with master craftsman built in bunk beds (double over queen) with drawers built in. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The first floor has a brand new stackable washer/dryer as well as a large built in shelving unit for Ski boot storage.
Up the stairs you will find an open concept -Living room, Dining room and kitchen boasting high ceilings and large windows. The designs is ideal for the family or group that wants to cook, play games, watch movies or just hang out and enjoy each others company. There is also a FULL bathroom on this level making it nice for the person/people residing in the third floor loft. To get to the loft you will ascend the second set of stairs where you will find a double bed tucked away under a wall of windows- quite cozy!

Our Location
What makes this area unique is that while we can’t call this a true ski in/ski out property, we can assure you that the location and convenience is amazing. You will be literally across 1 small neighbor street from Peak 9 but uniquely only a 5 minute walk to Mainstreet. Despite being “so close to the slopes AND Main street” the condo is surrounded by trees giving it a wooded feel. Don’t be surprised to see moose and deer! While you can’t beat the convenience of Breckenridge and its 187 runs, you are only 15-20 minutes from Copper Mountain, 35 minutes from Keystone and 45 minutes from Vail.
